About Us

EH Spencer Foundation (EHSF) is a not-for-profit 501c(3) corporation dedicated to maintaining our neighbors as independent members of society. EHSF has been providing first-rate services to seniors, the chronic and terminally ill in Upper Rock Island county since 1998. We merged with SeniorCare 411 on July 1, 2010 to expand our services to both the Iowa and Illinois Quad Cities and surrounding area. Our commitment to unsurpassed service and education has earned us a well deserved reputation as one of the Quad Cities finest organizations dedicated to serving seniors and their families. No other company offers a higher level of service or greater value. Our credentials include over 100 years of combined experience of working with the elderly and/or their caregivers.
